PRODUCTS

Us, Actually offers physical letters and accompanying materials intended to provide thoughtful editorial content, encouragement, entertainment, and connection.

The contents of each issue may vary. Product photographs, previews, and descriptions are provided to represent the general nature of the product but may not show every item included in a particular issue.

Our letters and other content are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You will pay the displayed purchase price and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

PREPAID LETTER OPTIONS

The Single Letter and prepaid three- and six-month options are one-time purchases.

For a prepaid multi-month order:

• The full amount is charged at checkout.
• One envelope is mailed each month for the purchased period.
• The order does not renew automatically.
• No recurring monthly charge is made.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price presented at checkout is the price charged for that order, excluding applicable taxes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and other website information are accurate. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping schedules, address requirements, delays, and missing-mail procedures are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Purchases are subject to our Refund and Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before placing an order.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
